You can confirm the benefits of a large family through the MAX application.

Now families with many children do not have to carry a paper ID with them. Benefits can be confirmed with a single QR code in the MAX messenger.

Where can I use such a QR code?

In a variety of situations. For example, to visit museums, cultural and recreation parks, exhibitions for free, to use discounts in the store, as well as to confirm the right to preferential travel.

What do I need for QR to work in MAX?

  • Verified account on Public Services
  • Smartphone (iOS or Android) with face or fingerprint recognition support
  • You must be over 18 years old.
  • Current biometrics

If there is no biometrics, it can be confirmed using a new type of passport, at the MFC or the bank that provides such a service.

How to set up a QR code

Step 1. Public Services

  • Go to Public Services
  • In the "Family and children" section, give your consent to the formation of a digital preferential ID.

Step 2. The MAX App

  • Open MAX on your smartphone (iOS or Android)
  • Complete the profile verification using biometrics
  • The application will create your Digital ID

Step 3. Ready QR code

After verification, MAX will automatically download your QR code from Public Services. It will appear in the profile and will be ready for use.

How to use it

When entering the museum, getting a discounted ticket or getting a discount:

  • open the MAX app
  • show the QR code in your profile
  • the specialist reads it, and the benefit is confirmed.

You can leave your paper ID at home – the digital QR code in MAX completely replaces it.
