Kalininsky Cascade

On April 13 , 2023 , the concert hall of the Cultural Center of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia hosted
Gala concert and award ceremony of the winners of the 27th open festival of amateur folk art "Kalininsky Cascade". In 2023, almost 5,000 participants from institutions of culture, education, youth and social policy of St. Petersburg and the Leningrad region presented their creativity.
In a solemn atmosphere, the head of the district administration, Sergey Nikolaevich Petrichenko, noted with special diplomas the work of the best teachers and mentors. Deputy Head of the district administration Vladimir Konstantinovich Garaza presented the best performers and creative teams with diplomas of winners. The bright performances of the Laureates of vocal, choreographic and theatrical directions gave the guests smiles and a festive mood!
