On May 6, 2026, a festive program dedicated to Victory Day was held at the Concert Hall. In the foyer, guests were warmly welcomed by actors dressed in military uniforms, accompanied by the soulful melodies of accordionist Mikhail Dolgushev. Congratulatory remarks and expressions of gratitude were delivered by District Head Mikhail Astashkevich, deputies of the St. Petersburg Legislative Assembly, and the heads of the city's internal municipal entities. During the ceremony, Certificates of Honor—awarded on behalf of the City Governor and Vice-Governor—were presented to veterans of combat operations and their family members, as well as to members of the Regional Public Organization "Association of Veterans of the Special Military Operation: Defenders of the Motherland," in recognition of their contributions to patriotic education and their support for veterans. A highlight of the event was the performance by the Alexander Krasnoperts Cossack Ensemble "Ataman," whose repertoire featured moving patriotic songs. The celebration concluded on an uplifting note, amidst an atmosphere of profound respect for the heroic deeds of ancestors and a shared sense of unity in honor of the great Victory Day.
